This explains what we collect, why, and what you can ask us to do about it. It is written to be read, not to be skipped.
When you ask for an estimate. The form on this site asks for your name, email address, phone number, the service you need, where the job is, and any details you choose to add. You give us that; we do not obtain it from anywhere else.
When you RSVP to an event. The RSVP form asks for your name, email address and how many people are coming. We use it only to count guests for that event.
When you sign up for email updates. The sign-up form asks only for your email address. We record when you signed up, the page you signed up on, and the wording of the box you checked, so we can show you asked to hear from us.
When you use the site. Our host records standard server logs — IP address, browser, the pages requested and when. Analytics tells us which pages are used, which links are tapped, roughly which city a visit came from, and what device was used. We use this to understand what people need, not to identify you personally.
To give you an estimate, to do the job you hired us for, to reach you about it, to count guests for an event you RSVP to, to send the email updates you signed up for, and to keep records we are required to keep. That is the whole list. We do not build advertising profiles.
We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with anyone else unless you ask us to, or the law requires it.
Inquiries are kept while we are talking to you and for as long as we need them for tax and insurance records. The RSVP list on this site is deleted within 30 days after the event. Email sign-ups are kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to remove you, and every update will include a way to unsubscribe. Analytics is kept in aggregate.
Ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email or call us and we will do it. We will not make you jump through hoops.
This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies. Our analytics does not use cookies to follow you between websites.
